STOVE TOP: - Place unopened bag into a large pot of boiling water
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally and gently with a wooden spoon
THAWED: 20 – 30 mintues. Thaw in refrigerator. FROZEN: 45 – 60 minutes - Cook until product temperature reaches 165°F*
- Remove bag from water and carefully open over large serving container
- Hold at 150° to 160°F until served
*To check product temperature: Using insulated gloves, remove bag from water and place on a flat surface. Lay a stemmed thermometer across the middle of the bag and fold the bag over.

Toddler loved it!
I made the Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese for our family and wasn't sure what to expect. Sometimes I find 'gourmet' mac and cheese to be very dry. However, this was super creamy! My two year old loved it so much he asked for more - twice. The next morning (Saturday) while cooking breakfast for my family, he asked, "more 'new' mac and cheese please?" Though he was not granted his wish for breakfast, he did have some for lunch and again asked for more of the 'new' mac and cheese. I would have never guessed it was made from a wheat noodle!
