STOVE TOP: - Place unopened bag into a large pot of boiling water
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally and gently with a wooden spoon
THAWED: 20 – 30 mintues. Thaw in refrigerator. FROZEN: 45 – 60 minutes - Cook until product temperature reaches 165°F*
- Remove bag from water and carefully open over large serving container
- Hold at 150° to 160°F until served
*To check product temperature: Using insulated gloves, remove bag from water and place on a flat surface. Lay a stemmed thermometer across the middle of the bag and fold the bag over.

Delicious and Full of Texture!
Great variety in this soup! The beans, veggies and noodles go hand in hand and are extremely consistent in each bowl. My last bowl was just like the first - delicious and full of flavor with hearty chunks of everything!
