STOVE TOP: - Place unopened bag into a large pot of boiling water
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally and gently with a wooden spoon
THAWED: 20 – 30 mintues. Thaw in refrigerator. FROZEN: 45 – 60 minutes - Cook until product temperature reaches 165°F*
- Remove bag from water and carefully open over large serving container
- Hold at 150° to 160°F until served
*To check product temperature: Using insulated gloves, remove bag from water and place on a flat surface. Lay a stemmed thermometer across the middle of the bag and fold the bag over.
