The Employee of the Month was named for April and announced on Tuesday, April 30th. Each month the company honors a management/peer-nominated employee who goes beyond simply coming in to do a job. This employee exemplifies the work ethic that is necessary in a busy plant environment, where employee and food safety are the highest priority. This well-deserved award was presented to Travis Tejral, a member of the company’s Maintenance team. Travis has been employed with Taste Traditions for less than a year and his work is already seen making a difference through-out the plant. His nomination by the management team noted his flexibility, the ability to adapt to change and tackle unexpected hurdles as he goes about the process of doing his job. One of Travis’s responsibilities is making sure that equipment is functioning properly through-out the plant operations.
Travis received a framed Certificate of Appreciation and a nice, crisp one-hundred-dollar bill. He may now park in the designated “Employee of the Month” Parking spot, a nice close walk to the plant each morning when he arrives. The management team and employees are grateful for Travis’ work ethic that inspires others. He makes a daily commitment to ensure equipment is functioning properly and able to produce safe quality food. Travis deserves this honor for the respect he shows his team, others in the plant and the office staff members. His watchful eye over all the moving parts in our plant ensures that manufacturing gets done each day. Thank you and congratulations Travis!
