The Employee of the Month for April was announced on Monday, April 1st. Each month the company honors a management/peer-nominated employee who goes beyond simply coming in to do a job. This employee exemplifies the work ethic that is necessary in a busy plant environment, where employee and food safety are the highest priority. This well-deserved award was presented to Mark Crowner, a member of the warehouse team. Mark has been employed with Taste Traditions for over 4 years. His nomination by the management team noted his work ethic and his respectful treatment of others as he goes about the process of doing his job in the company’s busy warehouse. One of Mark’s responsibilities is pulling, packing and preparing samples for our new customers, his diligence for this project keeps our Sales Team happy and enables continued company sales.
Mark received a framed Certificate of Appreciation and a nice, crisp one-hundred-dollar bill. He may now park in the designated “Employee of the Month” Parking spot, a close walk to the plant each early morning when he arrives. The management team and employees are grateful for Mark’s work ethic that inspires others and his daily commitment to the safe quality food being produced in the plant. Mark deserves this honor for the respect he shows his team, others in the plant and the office staff members. His watchful eye for the safety of the food manufactured in our plant and his attention to detail ensures the right product is shipped to our customers. Mark seeks to go beyond what is needed in our plant each day. Congratulations Mark!
