The employee of the month for February was announced at Taste Traditions of Omaha today. Each month the company honors a peer-nominated employee who goes beyond simply coming in to do a job. This employee exemplifies the work ethic that is necessary in a busy plant environment, where employee and food safety are the highest priority.
The employee of the month is Tevante Perry. He started with Taste Traditions in November of 2015. Tevante manages the warehouse and keeps it operating smoothly each day. His ability to keep the many ingredients organized and properly stored makes everyone’s job easier. His peers nominated him because of his easy-going personality and his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everyone in the plant has what is needed.
Tevante received a framed Certificate of Appreciation and a nice, crisp one hundred dollar bill. He may now park in the designated “Employee of the Month” Parking spot, a close walk to the plant on these frigid cold days. The management team and employees are grateful for Tevante’s work ethic that inspires others and his daily commitment to a job well done in the warehouse. He deserves this honor for the respect he shows his team, his careful eye for the safety of the food manufactured in our plant and for going beyond what is needed in our plant each day. Congratulations Tevante!
