Boil-in-Bag Cuisines from Taste Traditions

Enjoy that gourmet flavor without all the work!

Taste Traditions’ boil-in-bag cuisines are packaged frozen, ready to heat and serve. Boil-in-bag refers to the way our cuisines are packaged, and the method used to heat them. This unique method of cooking offers many advantages over other methods used today.

Ease of Preparation:
We all love home cooked meals, but we don’t always have the time and energy to prepare a gourmet dish from scratch. Taste Traditions recognizes that family time is important so we have made cooking as easy as possible, without sacrificing taste. No long list of ingredients, no chopping, no measuring, all you need to get started is a pot and water. Just add your frozen Taste Traditions cuisine to a pot of boiling water and set the timer.

Fresh Flavor:
Our chefs start with the highest quality ingredients, simmering each cuisine to perfection. Each of our soups and side dishes are cooked in small batches to ensure consistent quality in flavor and texture. Pasta noodles and hearty vegetables are cooked al dente as not to overcook during the boiling process. To lock in the fresh flavor, each cuisine is rapidly chilled and immediately frozen, waiting to be shipped to you.

Each boil-in-bag cuisine can be heated from a frozen or thawed state. We recommend thawing the product first to speed up the cooking time. As the product is being heated, the bag helps support an even cooking temperature, so you’re not scorching your pot from overcooking and losing that fresh flavor. You will be amazed of how fresh and delicious each dish tastes!

No Clean Up:
We all agree that the worst part about cooking is doing the dishes! Taste Traditions boil-in-bag cuisines make clean up easy. Once your cuisine has reached the recommended temperature, it’s ready to be opened and transferred to a serving dish. Just rinse the pot out, no soaking or scrubbing!

Spend less time preparing dinner, and more time enjoying it with the ones you love.
