To send a gourmet gift to someone, add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart and select the “Checkout” button. In step 1 of the checkout process, add the recipient’s shipping address. If you’d like to add a customized message, in step 2 of the checkout process, select the “Edit Gift Options” link on the right-hand side and enter your message. Select “Continue” to enter your payment information and submit your order.  Please be sure to let the recipient know that a perishable package is being sent to their residence.

Open one end of wrapper
THAWED: 1 minute 15 seconds to 1 minute 45 seconds. Thaw in refrigerator.
FROZEN: 2 minutes 45 seconds to 3 minutes

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Preheat oven to 350º
1. Remove product from wrapper
2. Place in a lightly greased shallow dish
3. Cover with foil and cook
THAWED: 15 to 20 minutes. Thaw in refrigerator.
FROZEN: 40 to 45 minutes

STOVE TOP:
1. Place unopened bag into a large pot of boiling water
2. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally and gently with a wooden spoon
THAWED: 20 – 30 minutes. Thaw in refrigerator.
FROZEN: 45 – 60 minutes
3. Cook until product temperature reaches 165°F*
4. Remove bag from water and carefully open over large serving container
5. Hold at 150° to 160°F until served

*To check product temperature:
Using insulated gloves, remove bag from water and place on a flat surface. Lay a stemmed thermometer across the middle of the bag and fold the bag over.

Separation is normal for many of our cream based soups when thawed. To reconstitute, massage the bag occasionally while heating, and make sure internal temperature reaches a minimum 165°.

All orders will be shipped on Monday and Wednesday of each week. Orders received by 12:00 PM CST on Monday or Wednesday will ship that same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM CST, or on all other days of the week will ship the next shipping day.

Taste Traditions currently ships all products using UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®.  Users in select ZIP codes around our shipping facility will be permitted to select UPS Ground.  All users will receive their delivery within 48 hours.

Each order is shipped in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with dry ice and/or ice gel packs. The dry ice will be wrapped in thick butcher paper.  When your package is delivered, please place your items in the freezer until ready to use.

WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. If dry ice is still present, remove the food products and leave the wrapped dry ice in the cooler.  Crack the cooler lid and place outside away from kids and animals.
