Please read the following information carefully as it pertains to your order.

Shipping Methods:
All food products from Taste Traditions are packaged frozen and must be shipped in a timely manner. Shipping methods will vary by ZIP code.  Users in select ZIP codes around our shipping facility in Omaha, NE will be permitted to select UPS Ground Services.  ZIP codes outside of this zone will be shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®.

Shipping Charges:
Ground - $9.99 (Select ZIP codes apply)
UPS 2nd Day Air® - $29.99
UPS Next Day Air® - $49.99

All orders will be shipped on Monday and Wednesday of each week. Orders received by 12:00 PM CST on Monday or Wednesday will ship that same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM CST, or on all other days of the week will ship the next shipping day.

Packaging:
Each order is shipped in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with dry ice and ice gel packs. The dry ice will be wrapped in thick butcher paper.  When your package is delivered, please place your items in the freezer until ready to use.

WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. If dry ice is still present, remove the food products and leave the wrapped dry ice in the cooler.  Crack the cooler lid and place outside away from kids and animals.

Delivery:
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. UPS will leave the package at the door of the address provided. If you are sending the package as a gift, please let the recipient know to expect a perishable package. Taste Traditions cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts.
