An addition of plant equipment was recently made to the 41,000 sq ft manufacturing plant in Omaha, NE. This update expanded the company’s’ capabilities for more efficient production. Two Chester Jensen 400 gallon kettles were added to the existing plant kettles.These two new work horses work well with the 18’ Continuous Pasta Blancher . The Pasta Blancher cooks 5,000 lbs of pasta per hour. Unlike most of our competitors we use a two part fill process with our pasta’s and heavy particulate soups. We are always able to insure a consistent liquid to particulate ratio. A Cryovac unit forms and fills pouches from 2-8 lbs. All pouched product is processed through the dual chill baths. The freezing process is then completed in one of our 2 blast freezers.
